• Assistant Professor: Ph.D. with first-class Master’s Degree in Economics, Finance, Valuation, or Math & Statistics.
• Civil Engineer: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering with 2+ years’ experience in project execution/maintenance in institutional or commercial buildings.

Salary

• Manager/AGM – Finance & Accounts: Starting gross pay of ₹13 Lakhs per annum (Approx., 7th CPC Level 8–10)
• Civil Engineer: Starting gross pay of ₹8.6 Lakhs per annum
• Assistant Professor: Pay not specified; will be based on qualifications and experience as per 7th CPC pay matrix
