Education
Candidates must possess a Graduation or MBA qualification in relevant disciplines. For Relationship Manager and Dealer roles, NISM certification is preferred. The Digital Marketing Specialist role requires a background in Computer Science or Visual Communication along with 4–5 years of experience in the field. Experience in back office operations, wealth management, stock broking, mutual funds, or digital campaigns will be considered an asset.
Salary
Relationship Manager: ₹4.00 – ₹5.00 Lakh per annum
Digital Marketing Specialist: ₹5.00 – ₹8.00 Lakh per annum
Secretarial Officer-Trainee (Back Office): ₹3.50 Lakh per annum
Dealer – Stock Broking Terminals: ₹4.20 Lakh per annum
