Federal Bank Associate Officer Recruitment 2025: Apply Online for 100+ Fresher Graduates

Federal Bank, one of India’s premier private sector banks, has announced a recruitment drive for the post of Associate Officer (Sales) for the year 2025. This opportunity is targeted at young and dynamic graduates who are eager to kickstart their careers in banking, especially in the sales domain. The recruitment is open to candidates domiciled in Gujarat, Telangana, West Bengal, or Delhi NCR, and applications can be submitted online from 25th August to 3rd September 2025 via the official Federal Bank application portal. Selected candidates will be posted at various branches or offices within their respective regions, contributing to the bank’s goal of being the Most Admired Bank.

Candidates must have completed graduation under UGC Act, 1956 or equivalent as recognized by the Ministry of HRD or AICTE. They must have scored at least 50% marks in Class X, Class XII/Diploma, and Graduation.

Salary

• Annual CTC: ₹4,59,000 – ₹6,19,000

• Maximum Age: 27 years (born on or after 01/08/1998)
• Age relaxation is applicable as per Federal Bank recruitment rules.

Additional Requirements

• Domicile: Must be a permanent resident of Gujarat, Telangana, West Bengal, or Delhi NCR.
• Driving License: A valid Indian Driving License (2-wheeler or 4-wheeler) as of 01/08/2025 is mandatory. Learner’s license is not acceptable. Owning a vehicle is preferable due to travel-intensive nature of the role.
• Nationality: Must be an Indian citizen.
