Bank of Maharashtra (BOM), one of India’s leading public sector banks, has announced the recruitment of 500 Generalist Officers in Scale II under Project 2025-26. The vacancies are available across India for dynamic professionals to lead branch operations. These positions offer an attractive pay scale of ₹64,820 – ₹93,960/- per month along with other allowances. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or be a Chartered Accountant (CA), with a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification work experience. Applications will be accepted only through the BOM Online Application Portal from 13 August 2025 to 30 August 2025. Selection will be based on an Online Examination followed by an Interview.

Education
Bachelor’s degree or Integrated Dual Degree in any discipline with at least 60% aggregate marks (55% for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD) from a recognized university or Chartered Accountant (CA). Desirable professional qualifications include CMA, CFA, ICWA from institutions recognized by the Government of India, and passing JAIIB & CAIIB. Candidates must have at least 3 years of post-qualification work experience.
Salary
Pay Scale: ₹64,820 – ₹93,960/- per month (Basic Pay: ₹64,820-2340/1-67,160-2680/10-93,960/-) along with applicable allowances.
Age Limit
Minimum 22 years and maximum 35 years as on 31 July 2025. Upper age relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC (NCL), and 10 years for PwBD candidates.

SC/ST/PwBD: ₹118/- (Inclusive of GST)
