Eligibility Criteria

Education

Candidates must have a Graduation (any discipline) and a Post Graduate degree/diploma in Finance, or be a CA / CMA / CS / CFA, along with relevant experience based on the post level.

Experience Requirement (Post-wise):

• Manager (Credit Analyst): Minimum 3 years in credit in banks/NBFCs.
• Senior Manager (Credit Analyst): Minimum 6 years in credit, including exposure in FIs.
• Chief Manager (Credit Analyst): Minimum 8 years (with at least 5 years in credit appraisal in large/mid corporates).
• Senior Manager (Relationship Manager): Minimum 6 years (at least 2 years in corporate sales/relationship).
• Chief Manager (Relationship Manager): Minimum 8 years (at least 4 years in corporate sales/relationship).

Salary

• Manager (MMG/S-II): ₹ 64820 – ₹ 93960
• Senior Manager (MMG/S-III): ₹ 85920 – ₹ 105280
• Chief Manager (SMG/S-IV): ₹ 102300 – ₹ 120940

Age Limit

• Manager: 25 to 30 years
• Senior Manager: 28 to 35 years
• Chief Manager: 32 to 42 years
  Age relaxation will be as per Government of India rules.
