Eligibility Criteria and Requirement
Education
- Assistant Manager Grade ‘A’ – General Stream: Graduation in Commerce, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration, Engineering, CS, CMA, ICWA, CFA, or MBA/PGDM with minimum 2 years of experience.
- Manager Grade ‘B’ – General: Graduation or Post-Graduation in any discipline or equivalent technical/professional qualification with minimum 5 years of experience.
- Manager Grade ‘B’ – Legal: Bachelor’s Degree in Law and enrolled with the Bar Council of India with minimum 5 years of legal experience.
- Manager Grade ‘B’ – IT: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology in CS/IT/ECE or MCA, with minimum 5 years of IT experience.
Salary
- Grade ‘A’: ₹44,500 – ₹89,150 (~₹1,00,000 per month)
- Grade ‘B’: ₹55,200 – ₹99,750 (~₹1,15,000 per month)
