Janata Sahakari Bank Ltd. (JSBL), a reputed Multistate Scheduled Bank headquartered in Pune, Maharashtra, has announced recruitment for Clerk and Probationary Officer (PO) posts for the year 2026. The bank invites young and dynamic graduates and postgraduates to apply online through the JSBL IBPS online portal. This recruitment is open to freshers as well as experienced candidates in the banking and financial services sector. The application window remains open from 10th December to 21st December 2025. Eligibility Criteria

Education & Preference

Clerk:

• Graduation in any stream from a recognized university.
• Preferred: Banking-related certifications, and experience in customer service at banks.

Probationary Officer (PO):

• Postgraduate in any discipline.
• Preferred: JAIIB/CAIIB certification, IT-related qualifications.
• At least 3 years of experience in banking or financial institutions.
• Preference to candidates from cooperative banks in similar roles.

Age Limit (as on 01.01.2026)

• Clerk: Up to 30 years
• PO: Up to 40 years
• Relaxation as per bank rules for reserved categories.

Salary

• As per bank rules and internal policies (not disclosed in notification).
